Pregnancy Massage

Any of our massages can be done on expectant mums as I am qualified to treat pre-natal clients; however our pregnancy massage is a truly indulgent experience, designed for you to lay back, relax and relieve the pressure from your feet.

​Specific positioning to keep baby/babies safe is used and bolsters, towels and pillows all help you be supported and comfy.

Treatment lasts 45 minutes and includes: Back, feet, legs, tummy (if happy to), arms, neck and scalp.

Pregnancy massage can be done either in your own home or at our premises in Hellesdon.

If treatment is to be done in your own home, I do ask if you can provide 2 pillows  (I will cover them with a towel so no oil will transfer)
