Meet the Team

  • Eloise Tidder

    Holistic & Sports Massage Therapist

"Write a bit about yourself." My first thought was AHHHH! My second thought was a crème egg will help. So here goes...

Helping people makes me feel good, I seemed to have a knack for massage and after doing my first course, I was hooked. Seeing the difference massage made to my clients, solidified my decision to get out of insurance accounts (although it comes in handy for our tax return!) 17 years, two children, two dogs later I've added skills along the way and use them to treat and relax you lovely people.

I have clients of all abilities and all manner of obstacles they face day to day, I know that I can give them time for themselves to just do nothing. I'm honoured to be able to do this.

  • Michael "Tids" Tidder

    Sports Massage Therapist

My background is in healthcare and sports coaching and I've always had an interest in how the human body works and how complimentary therapies can aid in rehabilitation and getting their body and mind back into shape. As a sports coach I wanted to be able to support injured players return to the game, this lead me to complete my sports massage training.

I believe that every body and everybody matters, from the elite athlete to the older generation who want to be able to go to the shops without pain. To be able to live without pain as a barrier to working, resting and participating in recreational activities is something everyone should have the opportunity to do.

Another major factor in me wanting to pursue a career in massage therapy is down to my Dad, after he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s I wanted to be able to help him have a quality of life as the disease progressed. Sadly he passed away before I was able to do this, so now I want to help people, in memory of him, who have long term conditions, have the best life they can within their capabilities.

  • Pumba

    Head Greeter

Hello, my name is Pumba. Although Mummy & Daddy call me other names sometimes.

I am a very loving and playful young man, who enjoys chewing my bone, eating socks and being nosey and seeing who is coming for a treatment.

I have a toy that I think you might like to look at, but I am a little excitable so I stay behind the conservatory door.

You can still say hello and wave at me when you arrive. I would like that very much.
